Sanna enjoys sharing the ancient teachings in a fun, humorous, accessible and interactive way, creating a delicious sweet masala of yoga philosophy, asana and mantra.

Sanna has had extensive training in Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism and the ancient foundational yoga texts such as The Bhagavad Gita as it is, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Vedas and The Upanishads.

Sanna is authorised by Lama Marut to teach her own signature ‘Tibetan Heart Yoga’ system that blends various meditation and concentration practices with mantra, chanting and yoga philosophy.
